Worried about making a return? Don't be! At Air Purifiers America we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return a product for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase. in most cases. If the return is due to an error made by Air-Purifiers-America.com, we will cover the cost of returning the item back to us. For all other reasons, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the amount you are refunded. Return shipping costs will be determined by our Customer Relations Team at the time you request to return your unit using UPS real time shipping fees.
We want to make the return process as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps:1 - Contact our customer service department to start the process at 1-800-334-1494.
2 - Print out the return label and put it on the box.
3 - Drop off the box at any UPS/FedEx location or allow them to pick it from your door step (additional charges may apply for door pick up and they will only make 3 attempts to pick the item(s) up). All we ask is that all materials/parts are returned and it is sent back in the same condition and box it was received.
4 - Once the package has been received by the manufacturer and they have confirmed the item(s) are undamaged and returned, we will notify you via email to complete the return and process your refund. Please allow 48-72 hours for the refund to be reflected on your credit card. The refund can only go back to the credit card used to purchase the unit(s).

Returns with missing parts or accessories
The cost of any missing part/accessory will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Final Sales or Clearance Items
Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned. If you believe you have a situation meriting different treatment, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly.
