FREE Ground Shipping

Air Purifiers America is proud to offer FREE ground shipping on all orders for air purifiers, filters, and accessories. No minimum order required. Shipping can take normally 3-4 business days and can sometimes take longer for the reasons below.

Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

All orders placed before 2 PM central time will be shipped out the same day unless otherwise stated on product stock. If your order is placed after 2 PM, it will be sent out within 24 business hours.

The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Shipping address does not match the billing
  • Payment delay
  • Canceling items, merging orders or changing your address
  • Orders held because they contain a large quantity of single items that would cause inventory depletion
  • Carrier's failure to deliver on time (e.g. severe weather conditions)

Need Faster Shipping?

Air Purifiers America offers three other options for faster shipping if you need your order as soon as possible. Price will vary depending on item shipped and location.

  • UPS Three-Day Select (3 Business Days)
  • UPS Second Day Air (2 Business Days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)

If an item ships directly from the manufacturer, the shipping carrier and time of delivery may vary.

International Shipping

At this time, Air Purifiers America does not ship internationally.

If you are a resident of Canada or an APO or FPO address, orders may be placed via phone at 800-334-1494. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your carrier tracking code. You can use your tracking code on the carrier website to see the status of your shipment. You can always find your tracking number and order details by logging into your Air Purifiers America account.

Finding Your Box

If the tracking information shows the order has arrived, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, the carrier will leave packages with neighbors, building doorman, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes to keep your order safe. If the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.

If You're Not Home

It's up to the carrier’s driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery. If the driver believes it's best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned as undeliverable, you will get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be re-shipped. You must place a new order to receive your items.


Products Arriving Together

Air Purifiers America will do its best to package your order in one box. However, if the order is large and shipped in more than one box, your packages may arrive separately. If you log in to your account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, you should expect to receive separate packages. On the carrier website, you can see the estimated delivery date for each package. Note that gift cards are shipped separately.


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO Addresses

Air Purifiers America has decided to expand delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. However, due to the additional fees and challenges associated with shipping to these special destinations, the cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.

When shipping to these locations, please keep in mind the following:

  • Shipping rates vary based on order size and weight and are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery time will take longer; estimated dates will be provided at checkout.
  • Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take up to an additional 30 days.
  • Due to carrier regulations, items deemed hazardous cannot be shipped to these locations. Products will be flagged at checkout.
  • We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes in these areas.

P.O. Boxes

Within the continental U.S., Air Purifiers America ships via UPS which requires a physical address for delivery and is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
