HOW IT WORKS

The AC5300B uses multiple levels of cleaning including HEPA, UV-C and charcoal to improve indoor air quality by capturing 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns in size. The True HEPA filter captures pollen, dust mites, pet dander and mold. Doctors recommend HEPA air filtration to reduce exposure to indoor asthma triggers. The charcoal filter reduces common household odors from the air from pets, smoking, and cooking. Finally, the UV-C bulb kills airborne bacteria, viruses and mold spores.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

This Energy Star Certified air purifier has 3 speed options and features a filter replacement indicator light. The UV lamp has an on/off option and the purifier has a built-in handle for portability.

FILTER CHANGES

Clean the filter monthly with the brush of your vacuum cleaner and replace every 6-8 months. Replacing the filter doesn’t require any tools, but a Philips head screwdriver is required to replace the UV-C bulb. Reset the UV/HEPA change indicator by holding down the UV/HEPA Reset Button for three seconds.

AIR FLOW AND POSITIONING

Air is pulled in from the back and clean air is pushed out the front sides of the air purifier. Place air purifier at least one foot from walls and furniture so as not to block airflow.
