They have a very informative site with many different products too choose from (NOT JUST THE BRAND NAME. I had forgotten to add in the free gift with my order, I wrote customer service and they added it in for me with no problems. I am very happy with the service.  I would shop here again

Excellent On-line Store, I am a satisfied customer. Their Customer service went beyond the call. The first Freidrich C90 that I ordered was defective. Air Purifiers Americas' Customer service representative (a real person) immediately shipped a second unit and sent a return UPS label for the defective unit. I was in good shape in less than a week. Anyone who buys online knows that this is unusual for an online retailer and should be commended. Thank You Doug Palmer  I would shop here again
