HEPA replacement air filters are high-efficiency air filters that remove up to 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 micrometers in diameter. Filter-based air purifiers trap airborne particles such as dust mites, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores, and collect the particles in its filter. Replacing the air filter frequently will help increase the air flow and lower the air resistance of the filter, allowing for optimal particle removal.

Signs that your air filter needs replacement include: bad odor or smell from the unit, increased signs of dust on furniture or increase sneezing or coughing due to allergies.
