The Alen A375UV Gas & VOC Package offers an all-around solution to cleaning the air of several gas & VOC particles from paint, carpeting, copiers/printers, paint thinner, glues, cosmetics, laminated furniture, certain aerosols and plastics and more.
Common household items such as candles, plug in air fresheners, cosmetics, glues, adhesives and permanent markers (just to name a few) let off toxic gases. Which is why indoor air is 70% more polluted than the air outdoors. VOC's are only one reason the EPA and The Department of Homeland Security recommend an air purifier for every home.
It includes:
Alen A375UV with standard BF25A filters - most advanced Alen air purifier with HEPA filtration, 2 UV lamps for bacterial control, and permanent titanium dioxide filter for VOC's. The UV-PCO(UV Photo Catalytic Oxidation) technology has proven to reduce the levels of VOC's. The interaction of UV-C light and the permanent titanium dioxide (TiO2) grid serve as a photocatalyst to reduce the concentration of airborne pollutants such as volatile organic compounds into harmless elements. The UV-C lights and titanium dioxide grid are located on the inner most section of the unit.
A set of GAS-MP filters - designed for maximum odor removal and contains twice the amount of carbon as the BF25A filter for odor adsorption and twice the amount of MCP odor powder for smoke and bathroom odor removal. The MCP odor powder uses a patented molecular conversion process (MCP) to change smoke and most bathroom odors to be odorless on contact. The powder is a concentrated form of the technology that is used with the Alen odor sprays. There is no HEPA media in this filter so the life of the filter is 1-2 years.
A 22 oz bottle of Odor4 MCP odor spray - eliminates unwanted odors through a patented Molecular Conversion Process and complements an air purifier in removing the source of an odor that resides in fabrics such as a carpet, drapery, or upholstery. This system contains a fragrance, however it does not mask the odor. Unlike many odor sprays on the market, the Odor4 spray does not mask or capture the odor but converts the odor to a non-volatile, odorless solid nearly instantly. :
The Odor4 MCP spray will target the existing odors. The Alen A375UV with the GAS-MP filters will help to maintain ongoing filtration of the VOC particles and odors.
