ratings by leading consumer magazine. An above average purifier.
This unit tested well in our independent testing however, due to the ozone
smell and higher than average product returns, we've rated it lower than
other units.
Minuses: The electrostatic plates require
frequent washing twice per month. Small levels of ozone are
produced as a by-product and the smell may be annoying to some people.
The carbon filters are not effective for smoke and odor removal. |
