I use it constantly and noticed a difference within a few hours!!! It took me about 5 minutes to get it out of the box pop in the filter and plug it in. It is a little noisy but I find the noise like white noise, comforting, and it helps me sleep!!!! I purchased an extra filter to absorb odors and it works well.
