In our reply, Air Purifiers America will provide the necessary Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which is required to return or exchange your purchase also included will be return shipping information. If the item being returned has a manufacturer defect, a replacement will be free of charge.
Q: “I just received my package and it looks to be damaged. What should I do?”
A: Often times, even though the box looks to be damaged, the damage is only done to the outside packaging and not the unit itself. Please inspect the unit, and if possible, refuse shipment. If the unit has already been delivered, please open the box to inspect the unit. Upon inspection, if you find the unit to be damage, we will be more than happy to replace the unit free of charge.
Q: “I’m unsure if my unit is working properly. Should I go ahead and return the product?”
