We all love our pets, but sometimes our four-legged friends can cause havoc with indoor air quality. Particles such as pet dander, pollen, dust and mold can be as small as 0.3 microns, and not all air purifiers are as efficient as others when it comes to removing airborne pollutants. That is why Air Purifiers America ran tests on several air purifiers using a specialty laser particle counter to measure the percentage of particles removed from the air. The results are revealed below, with the higher percentage numbers showing more particles removed from the air by the corresponding air cleaner.
